At what date (approximately) do you intend to support scrolling functions ?
I’m currently thinking to convert a puzzle game (from a mobile game I’m developing), which require an horizontal scrolling… So I’m looking to an IDE for 8 bit machines, which is the most adapted to my needs… Atari 8bit is my main target <3
And other question: is it possible to include a piece of assembly code to manage the scrolling inside the C source of a 8bit-Unity project ?

    Thank you,

    Hey Jim!

Hardware scrolling is planned for early next year, I have done quite a lot of investigation for the various platforms already (see for example:

For you other question, yes you can mix C and assembly code. The 8bit-Unity SDK is a mix of C and S files already, and you will find in some C codes statements like __asm__( xxxx ) which are used to directly inject opCodes in the middle of C code.
